Technical Solution Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Technical Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key partner of our sales team, you'll own crucial components of the sales process, including infrastructural/architectural discovery, collaborative solution design, and technical validation.

Your primary responsibilities will include working directly with Commercial Account Executives to support EMEA customers, collaborating with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure successful project implementation and launch, and communicating prospect and customer needs and product feedback to product management, marketing, and sales.

Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in English - another European language is an advantage
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, across multiple opportunities and teams
  • 3-5 years experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or Solution Consultant for a cloud-based, growth-oriented PaaS or SaaS company; or 5-10 years experience as a developer working on digital experience delivery utilizing marketing technology platforms focused on CMS, Commerce, Personalisation, etc.
  • Strong presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to clearly and sympathetically convey business and technical knowledge to varying personas
  • Proven experience with current web technologies (JavaScript frameworks, static site generators, REST APIs, CDNs, CI/CD, etc.)
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence to help navigate meetings with multiple customer stakeholders
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience working with a Content Management Platform or similar technology (MarTech)
  • Prior experience with solution selling methodologies and/or value-based selling techniques
