Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving revenue growth and implementing online strategies to improve business performance across European markets.
- Continually explore market opportunities and evolving search technologies to create new customer engagement methods, resulting in improved search ROI.
- Work within the European Marketing team, developing and implementing paid search and SEO strategies for European business operations.
- Provide performance and budget reporting for Executive Leadership Team.
- Assist with managing all paid search, programmatic, offsite retargeting, click-through affiliates, and SEO efforts across European D2C websites.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM campaigns, perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization, and analyze competitor activity.
- Assist in designing and delivering a 12-month search engine optimization plan to improve search engine ranking and overall website visibility.
Requirements:
- Education to degree level and experience in implementing and managing SEM strategies to increase sales generation and website conversion.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Understanding of digital landscape and online methodologies with focus on search and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations to improve sales, user experience, and brand awareness.
- Experience with using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Lighthouse.
- Data modeling and statistical optimization experience.
- Understanding of e-commerce and online marketing principles.
- Italian language skills advantageous.
