Production Team Leader Role

The Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating production processes to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor production processes to ensure timely execution of orders and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate machine resources to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a high-quality work environment, ensuring workplace safety, and protecting the environment.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead a team by providing training, development, and motivation to team members.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical vocational training and experience as a master craftsman or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, with leadership experience.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office software.
  • Familiarity with Visual Management methods and Lean Management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
