About the Role:
  • Conduct thorough fire risk assessments aligned with legislation and industry best practices.
  • Identify potential hazards, assess associated risks, and provide clear recommendations for mitigation.
  • Presentation of tailored reports that cater to each site's unique fire safety needs.
  • Offer expert advice on active/passive protection measures, evacuation planning, and fire safety design principles.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to implement assessment recommendations.
  • Support development of emergency response plans, fire policies, and staff training programs.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving regulations and guidance within the UK & Ireland fire safety landscape.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fire risk assessment across various building types or sectors.
  • Recognized qualification in fire safety (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate, IFE, IFSM).
  • Exceptional communication and report writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A valid UK / Irish driving licence (if site visits are required).
