Resuscitation Training Specialist for HSE Hospital South Dublin

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Headhunt International as a Resuscitation Training Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership in the provision of resuscitation training services.
The role involves developing and administering comprehensive resuscitation training programs to ensure that staff members are equipped with the necessary skills to respond to medical emergencies. This includes co-ordinating and delivering BLS and heart saver AED training to all hospital interdisciplinary team staff members.
- Design and implement effective resuscitation training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience, with 3 years in the area of resuscitation, ED, Cardiac unit or related area. They must also hold instructor qualification in BLS and PLS, and ACLS is desirable. Experience in teaching and training is essential.
