• To possess a high technical ability in all aspects of hairstyling, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• To demonstrate excellent client service and retention skills, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• To be punctual, responsible, and able to manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
