We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Specialist to join our team at The Old Lodge Gastro Pub, part of the Shannon Springs Hotel. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient and friendly service.

You will ensure that the bar is set up and ready to open as per agreed operating procedures, maintaining a clean and tidy environment throughout your shift. Your role involves operating F&B service to the agreed standard operating procedures (SOP's) for F&B in the hotel, providing an efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.

• To operate the F&B service to the agreed SOP's for F&B in the hotel.
