Key Responsibilities
We have several key responsibilities: ensuring safety in our production environment, gaining experience in best practice application of safe systems, working with our Utilities Team to learn environmental care and sustainability, problem solving and continuous improvement using lean/6 sigma techniques, EHS Management supporting policies and procedures, being a proactive EHS presence in the plant and production environment, assisting with conducting risk assessments and communicating safety alerts and training.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a high academic record in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline, a minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree, ambition to progress successfully in a career in operations and production, thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions, drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives, communicates clearly and can influence at all levels, demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow, analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change.
