Job Description:
Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management. Your expertise will ensure that our financial operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics.

Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds.
  • Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital.

Investment & Strategic Support:
  • Conduct financial evaluations of new projects and investments.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
