We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Director. This position involves overseeing design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards.

The selected candidate will become part of our team, with opportunities to expand their professional capabilities and expertise. The role involves diverse projects including infrastructure such as treatment facilities, waste management systems, recycling facilities, energy generation from waste, landfill remediation, landfills, landfill capping, and public realm enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of design teams for successful project delivery.
  • Development of new business opportunities and client relationships.
  • Mentoring team members to foster professional growth.
  • Creation of technical reports and tender documentation.
  • Collaboration with project stakeholders for planning and workflow management.
  • Ensuring quality assurance and safety compliance.
  • Coordination among team members for deliverables.
  • Maintenance of strong client relationships through effective communication.
Skill Requirements

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status.
  • Minimum 15 years of design and project leadership experience.
  • Proven multi-disciplinary design management skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Business growth track record.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to participate in site visits and meetings.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Experience with oral hearings desirable.
