Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Teamworx Ltd. As a key member of the Retail Management team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of retail objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee and optimize day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a seamless customer experience across multiple sites.
    • Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to enhance consistency and performance.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute retail strategies that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Multi-Site Management:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in managing operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring a cohesive and uniform brand experience.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to improve cross-site communication, coordination, and synergy.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of retail operations and implement data-driven improvements.
    • Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and recommended actions.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Collaboration with Head Office:
    • Work closely with the head office to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
    • Provide input and support for the development of company-wide policies, procedures, and initiatives.
    • Identify potential risks to retail operations and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
