**Bar Operations Manager**

As a Bar Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily bar operations of a busy venue. Your role is to lead your team, create innovative beverage experiences, and maintain high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily bar operations to ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.
  • Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus, collaborating with the marketing team on promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or a similar role.
  • Expertise in cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A passion for creating innovative and memorable beverage experiences.
