Job Description:

At the heart of our organization, we have a collaborative team that designs, develops, maintains, and improves software for various ventures projects. Our primary focus lies in the development of scalable applications, encompassing frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Development involves proposing architectural decisions, participating in designs, design review, code review, and implementation.
  • Identify issues and implement solutions to complex problems in the blockchain protocol.
  • Analyze and solve difficult problems across the blockchain protocol.
  • Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build high-scale backend services.
  • Manage documentation of all code and functionalities implemented.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance tech stacks for long-term engineering initiatives.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably strong backend development experience (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Erlang), as well as hands-on experience with basic cryptographic primitives (e.g., digital signatures, key exchange, symmetric and asymmetric encryption).
