**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Equipment Repair Technician to join our team in Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), ensuring their efficient operation and minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate will have experience in complex service or maintenance positions, with excellent diagnostic and analytical capabilities, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including scheduled visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime of RVM installations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of TOMRA's RVMs and products.

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years satisfactory experience in a similar complex service or maintenance position.
  • Excellent diagnostic and analytical capabilities, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Previous experience interacting face-to-face with customers.
  • Full driving license, capable of driving for extended periods.
  • Strong awareness of safety procedures and practices in previous positions.
