Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Energy Team. As a Business Analyst, you will lead the development of strategies and solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives, and provide analytical support to senior leaders and business partners on energy-related matters.

• Provide analytical support to senior leaders and business partners on energy-related matters.\
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and business partners.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in energy management and sustainability.\
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.\
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and business partners on energy-related topics.\
• Contribute to the development of company-wide sustainability initiatives and goals.\
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.\
• Other duties as assigned.\

Requirements

• \
• Experience with financial or business analysis.\
• Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros.\
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.\
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.\
• Experience with SQL or ETL.\
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\
• Knowledge of energy markets, renewable energy assets, and decarbonization frameworks.\
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.\
• Experience working with large datasets.\
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.\
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
• Other relevant experience and qualifications may be considered.\
