Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager and Deputy Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, including food and beverage outlets, reception, accommodation, and kitchen.
  • Manage and maintain an efficient food and beverage service in the bar and restaurant during peak periods.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by all team members, handling customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage guest complaints effectively, turning negative experiences into positive ones whenever possible.
  • Prioritize the security and health and safety of guests and staff while on duty.

The successful candidate will have 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager in a 4* hotel and at least 3 years' food and beverage experience in a similar setting. A third-level qualification in hotel management or a related field would be advantageous.
