Role Summary:

Nua Healthcare Services provides residential and supported living services for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting daily plans for service users
  • Providing assistance in community settings
  • Developing education, skills, and personal outcomes
  • Helping with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and attending appointments
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

Shift work is required over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Requirements:
  • No formal qualification is required for the Assistant Support Worker role, but training will be provided
  • Social Care Workers must hold a Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care or a related field, registered with CORU
  • Good attitude, passion for supporting people, and a Full Driver's Licence are essential
