Medical Customer Services Night Duty Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level medical customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately record vital information onto the database system
- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification
- Exhibit exceptional MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent keyboard skills with high accuracy
