We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team in North Dublin. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing customer invoices, monitoring overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate AR records. They will also record all incoming payments, reconcile the accounts payable ledger, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.

We require a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices related to AR and AP, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, are also required.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. They will also be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

We offer a competitive salary of €37k - €40k and a dynamic work environment.
