Are you a skilled and experienced estimator with a passion for aircraft maintenance? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Estimator.
We are looking for someone who can provide accurate and detailed estimates for base maintenance activities, utilizing their knowledge of technical data and industry standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, prioritizing estimates, and maintaining and updating MPD data.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of technical data, including MPD, AMM, SRM, SBs, ADs, SLs, CNs, etc., and experience in aircraft maintenance functions and practices. They will also possess strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and be able to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
In addition to the essential skills and qualifications, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible in approach, and able to work effectively within a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide accurate and detailed estimates for base maintenance activities.
2. Prepare proposals and presentations for review.
3. Prioritize estimates to meet deadlines.
4. Maintain and update MPD data.
5. Assist in day-to-day operations as required.
6. Provide weekly updates on proposal status.
7. Continuously update RFQ register.
8. Occasional travel may be required.
9. Undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by the company.
Knowledge / Key Skill Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of technical data including MPD, AMM, SRM, SBs, ADs, SLs, CNs, etc.
- Aircraft maintenance experience and knowledge of Part 145 is desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of Base Maintenance functions and practices.
- Strong IT skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and flexible in approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to pass a 5-year security background check.
- Permitted to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restrictions.
