Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join our production team in a supervisory role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing operators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical devices while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee raw material receipt, production, and shipment processes to ensure timely delivery of medical devices.
  • Maintain adherence to Cook Quality system procedures and manufacturing procedures to produce quality products.
  • Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and yield.
  • Ensure reporting lines are clearly defined and that all stakeholders receive regular updates on production status.
  • Schedule and conduct performance appraisals to monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain effective communication channels within the production and distribution teams and with other departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery requirements and resolve vendor issues.
  • Identify and investigate root causes of customer complaints, NCRs, internal/external audit actions, and CAPAs.
