Process Optimization Specialist

This role involves implementing and maintaining pharmaceutical/biological processes, ensuring proper sequence of operation and preparing specifications for processing equipment.
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over variables such as temperature, density, pressure and viscosity. You will also service, troubleshoot and solve engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
In this position, you will ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations and perform corrective and preventive actions and investigation management.
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant third-level qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing/Science and minimum 2 years experience in the Engineering/Manufacturing/Scientific field.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain pharmaceutical/biological processes.
- Conduct tests and measurements throughout stages of production.
- Service, troubleshoot and solve engineering problems.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive business results.
