In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies to drive business growth. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, build databases of relevant companies and contacts, and utilize existing client relationships to generate new leads.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving leads for new opportunities through exploratory conversations with potential customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed lead generation targets across Outbound Calls Per Day, Emails Sent Per Day, LinkedIn Engagements, Talk Time, Follow-Up.
  • Utilizing SoftCo business development tools to build databases of relevant companies and contacts for targeted campaigns.
  • Managing and maintaining HubSpot for all new leads generated.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong consultative selling skillset, experience in lead qualification and generation, and proficiency in CRM, social media, and web-based marketing tools. You will also require a university/college degree or similar in a business-related discipline, demonstrated success in cold calling, and experience in lead generation and sales processes.
