About the Role

This is a prime opportunity to take on a challenging position as a Senior Technical Analyst.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in technology delivery and technical analysis. As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic core banking solutions and will be part of the Corporate Delivery team for Core Banking.

You will ensure successful integration across multiple technology stacks and domains. You will coordinate efforts among multiple teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment on project goals. You will regularly be required to problem solve and unblock teams so that we deliver the best product we can to our customers.

This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic and flexible hybrid model at our collaborative office in Central Park, Dublin. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of talented professionals, coordinating efforts among various Agile squads and facilitating collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively, demonstrating sensitivity to their requirements, and offering constructive challenges.
  • Communicating potential solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing overall solution recommendations and desired outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough technical analysis to ensure proposed solutions meet customer and business requirements.
  • Analysing business needs and issues, identifying viable options for consideration, and recommending optimal courses of action.
  • Collaborating closely with both internal colleagues and external partners or vendors, showcasing strong teamwork to address complex challenges and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Coordinating delivery plans and solutions from other Tribes necessary to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions for customers.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical analysis and/or technical delivery, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Ability to understand and track project delivery plans and milestones.
  • Ability to understand multiple technologies - API's, xml, microservices, data analysis.
  • Capable of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and Agile methodologies.
