Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team in Galway. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen and ensuring that dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the ongoing success of the kitchen. You will work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure smooth service and effective teamwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong cooking skills, particularly in grill and seafood.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A passion for food and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
