**Audit Manager Role Overview**

  • Managing a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
  • Overseeing the delivery of audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communication.
  • Planning the execution and completion of audit assignments.
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching team members.
  • Building and maintaining proactive relationships with audit clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the year, not just during audits.
  • Researching and resolving technical queries from clients.
  • Providing high-quality auditing services to clients.
  • Ensuring the successful completion of audit engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ACA or ACCA qualifications.
  • 2–3 years of relevant PQE in practice.
  • Previous experience in supervisory, team lead, or managerial roles.
  • Awareness of business trends and emerging technical and industry developments.
