You will work closely with department leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and objectives, providing tailored HR solutions to drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting organisational transformation through change management initiatives, employee development, career progression, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and objectives.
- Provide commercial, budget, coaching, ER advice, and support across various HR functions.
- Design and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform insights-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role or similar capacity.
- Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in interpreting and presenting HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
