Support Care Worker

We are seeking a Support Care Worker to join our team. The role involves providing caring and supportive care to our residents, enabling them to fulfill their daily activities. Establish and maintain relationships with residents based on respect and dignity.

The successful candidate will:

  • Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
  • Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents' preferences and needs.
  • Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.

Desirable qualifications include FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly and Patient Moving and Manual Handling training. At least one year of experience as a Healthcare Assistant is preferred.
