This role will involve working across several of our homes and centres in the Mid-Southwest region, supporting and managing our care teams to deliver high-quality care standards.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management, with a post-registration qualification in management and extensive experience in a healthcare environment. They will also have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team.

The key objectives of this role are to:

  • Provide support and assistance to Directors of Nursing in the provision of high-quality care standards.
  • Work alongside the care team to facilitate and assist them in meeting and exceeding national quality standards in care delivery.
  • Act as project manager or quality improvement manager in homes where deficiencies have been identified.
