Seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Manager to oversee daily operations of a 200 cow farm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and managing daily tasks associated with running the farm
  • Leveraging leadership skills to direct staff
  • Developing and maintaining optimal grass management practices
  • Organizing and prioritizing work
  • Monitoring and ordering stock levels as needed
  • Collaborating with contractors to ensure seamless operations
