Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Engineer for an exciting site-based role in Ireland, contributing to the development of 200 homes.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of industry experience and a strong background in either commercial or residential construction. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established company with a robust pipeline of upcoming projects across the surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of day-to-day site quality assurance, including surveying, setting out duties, quality checks, and approvals.
  • Assisting site management teams with all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Setting out - Transferring digital and paper data/drawings onto the site, and back into digital models enabling accurate and auditable record keeping. Preparing work schedules & allocating resources.
  • Interfacing with the project team on delivery, engaging with clients, and coordinating with civil sub-contractor project management teams from start-up through to handover.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
  • Setting out experience, proficient with Total Stations + GPS.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Full driving license.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
