Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of marketing technology strategies. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing processes, ensuring alignment with their goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes by translating client goals into projects.
  2. Design and execute marketing campaigns using various tools, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  3. Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insights to present strategic recommendations for improvement.
  4. Lead project planning and execution, including scoping, delegating tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  5. Provide training sessions and workshops tailored to organizational levels to empower clients to maximize their marketing technology investments.
  6. Stay current with relevant marketing technologies and advise clients on best practices, identifying opportunities to leverage new features.
  7. Offer expert guidance on technical implementation, security standards, email deliverability, and third-party integrations.

- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is required.
