Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the AP Team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- End-to-end Accounts Payable process management.
- Preparation and processing of payment runs, ensuring timely payment within relevant credit terms.
- Supplier statement reconciliation - resolving any outstanding queries.
- Month end reporting and bi-monthly VAT returns.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable within a business environment.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of AP processes and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
