Treasury Operations Specialist

As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for managing various tasks within the Global Bank Administration team, including opening and closing operating, custody, and virtual accounts, managing signatories on accounts, setting up and amending services on accounts, and dealing with ad-hoc requests from various business units.

About the Role
  • This role is part of the Global Bank Administration team, which provides a wide range of services to the organization, including finance, internal audit, communications, security, and human resources.
  • The team's key stakeholders are AIG's business units and banking partners.
  • A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance by the business units with our bank account policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  1. Opening and closing operating, custody, and virtual accounts.
  2. Managing signatories on accounts.
  3. Setting up and amending services on accounts.
  4. Dealing with ad-hoc requests from various business units.
  5. Ensuring compliance by the business units with our bank account policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Corporate or Financial institution Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration environment or similar.
  • Understanding of constitutive documents.
  • Familiarity with payments and reporting such as Swift messaging types and formats.
  • Experience of responding to KYC/AML/Sanctions requests from banks.
Work Environment

The role involves a combination of teamwork and close collaboration with a small team of 4-5, and independent management of items. The team works closely with other teams in Treasury Operations to achieve operational objectives together.
