Audio Visual Service Delivery Leader

Job Description
">A key position has opened for a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of Audio Visual services.">">In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving existing services across multiple disciplines. You will work closely with internal teams to shape and mature the AV offering, drive growth into other target accounts, and foster a positive team-based environment.
">The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the AV industry, including working knowledge of leading tools and technologies. Strong technical skills in areas such as help desk, ticket and incident management, AV/VC, and asset management are essential. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills are also required.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 8+ years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.">
- Frequent interaction with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers.">
- Able to lead a cooperative effort among members of a support team.">
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide operational, technical, and financial oversight.">
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, lead, develop, direct, and position people to work effectively in a team environment.">
