The Role:

As a Sales Associate / Watch Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering expert advice, hands-on repair services, and tailored sales assistance.

You'll work closely with a supportive team, gain further technical training, and develop your skills in both sales and craftsmanship.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, knowledgeable, and solution-focused approach.

  • Provide watch and jewellery repair services, including battery replacements, strap adjustments, minor repairs, and engraving (training provided).

Maintain store presentation, manage stock, and support daily operational tasks.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive product recommendations and service offerings.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient store performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in retail sales is essential, preferably within a jewellery, watch, or accessories environment.

  • Experience working with watches or jewellery is strongly desired—this could include battery changes, strap adjustments, basic repairs, or similar hands-on work.

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality service with attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A motivated and dependable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours as required by the needs of the business.

Desirable but not essential: previous knowledge of watch brands, repair tools, or jewellery types; experience using POS systems and working towards sales goals.
