We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Analyst to join our team in North Dublin. This role represents an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in international tax issues and experience working in a head office environment.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic chance to work closely with the Group Finance team and develop skills in domestic and international tax, including transfer pricing, M&A, and ad hoc projects. You will be part of a small tax team reporting to the Group Tax Manager and will be involved in a variety of tasks, including provision of tax support to subsidiaries on commercial projects and tax audits, preparation of transfer pricing documentation and calculations, and development of transfer pricing policies.
Responsibilities:- Provision of tax support to subsidiaries on commercial projects and tax audits.
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation and calculations.
- Development of transfer pricing policies.
- Support with preparation of Irish and UK corporate tax returns.
- Preparation of consolidated yearend tax provisions for inclusion in group accounts.
- Involvement in cross functional projects, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with business /departments.
- Liaison with external advisers on ad hoc queries and respond timely with follow up.
- Finance/Business Degree.
- Chartered/Certified Accountant with 2 years minimum post qualification experience.
- Chartered Tax Advisor or equivalent qualification.
- Must be eligible to live and work in EU.
