Join a dynamic team as an AI Specialist to help customers achieve business outcomes using AI solutions.
This role is responsible for proactively managing customer health, collaborating with colleagues, and cultivating customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate strong relationships with CXO-level executives, senior customer experience leaders, and administrators running Zendesk solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions, ensure continued engagement after launch, and advocate for customers across the ecosystem.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience through proactive engagement, communication, and resource provision.
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Customer Success / Experience
- Previous experience in customer success roles in enterprise technology / SaaS
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence at multiple levels, and proven ability to multi-task
