Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Field Service Engineer out of our Limerick HQ, primarily covering the Munster and south Leinster regions. You will work closely with the service manager, responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our client's forklifts on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Liaise with production and warehousing managers in various sectors;
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should ideally live in or close to Limerick and meet the following requirements:

  • A mechanical qualification, such as trade/qualification e.g. construction plant fitter, mechanical fitter, Agri mechanic, HGV mechanic, etc. or equivalent experience;
  • Forklift and material handling experience is a distinct advantage;
  • Previous experience working in a field-based service role is desirable but not essential;
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong customer service skills;
  • A full driver's license is required;
