Job Title: Paid HR GeneralistAbout the Role:BAM is looking for an experienced Paid HR Generalist to join our team in Kildare, Ireland.
  • We're seeking a skilled professional with experience in supporting strategic HR initiatives, including succession planning, engagement analysis, and other complex HR challenges.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with operations and office-based colleagues to drive business outcomes.
  • Data analytics skills are essential, as you'll use data to inform people-focused solutions and drive meaningful change.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, and organisation design.
  • Negotiation and communication skills are key, particularly when working with trade unions and communicating effectively with managers.
  • Support managers with recruitment and HR matters, and advise on governance of people-related policy and process.
