Service Advisor Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team as a Service Advisor with a leading motor retail group. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.

You will manage the flow of information between the workshop, dealership, and customer, delivering exceptional customer service at all times. This includes managing service telephone and walk-in enquiries, qualifying service needs, diagnosing vehicle running problems, establishing understanding and agreement with customers, and explaining work carried out on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
