Our organization is seeking experienced Production Specialists to join their team in Sligo on a short-term contract. The role involves operating and maintaining packaging equipment, performing quality checks, completing batch documentation, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, set up, clean, and maintain packaging equipment.
  • Perform in-process checks, labelling, encoding, and product packaging.
  • Accurately complete and reconcile batch records.
  • Support investigations of deviations and follow GMP guidelines.
  • Maintain housekeeping, contamination control, and waste transfer.
  • Escalate equipment issues and complete tasks flexibly and efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in GMP and/or cleanroom environments.
  • Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Please note that this role involves shift work and may involve weekend work. Suitable candidates will be available for both.
