IT Leader

We are seeking a seasoned software leader to spearhead the development of bespoke solutions across our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing custom software projects, collaborating with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery using up-to-date methodologies.

• Lead and coordinate software development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Translate customer needs into technical specifications, documenting and refining business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee internal and external development teams, promoting adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP).
• Background in developing or overseeing enterprise-grade applications or platforms.
