Job Summary

Leinster Appointments is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable and Payable Coordinator to manage all aspects of financial transactions. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
  • 3+ years previous Accounts Payable experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 & Proactis is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
