About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent across various engineering, software, and AI/ML disciplines.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring specialized skill sets. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify effective specialized sourcing strategies and present multiple qualified candidates for each opening.
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with managers.
  • Drive offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams.
  • Provide guidance and answer questions related to search and hiring processes.
  • Serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience with a demonstrated track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring specialized software and engineering skill sets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience recruiting internationally.
  • Proven ability to attract top talent.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Strong collaboration skills across organizational structures and functions.
  • Exceptional influencing skills.
