Job Opportunity for Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

  • Support the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal dish development to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure consistent performance across all sections.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet exceptional standards.
  2. Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships effectively.
  3. Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with ability to manage teams under pressure.
  • Creative flair with passion for seasonal, fresh produce.
