Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and prepare lab tests to ensure timely completion
  • Process incoming products according to set procedures
  • Identify and report any non-conforming products promptly
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete before testing begins
  • Perform a variety of tests within the department
  • Monitor test output, including equipment performance
  • Compile, review, and update reports regularly
  • Maintain adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
  • Contribute to laboratory investigations as needed
  • Coordinate daily activities within the lab environment
  • Track and report deliverables efficiently
  • Support Continuous Improvement projects as required
  • Notify customer services of any testing discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Report any hazardous conditions immediately and adhere to health and safety protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standard operating procedures
