
Chief Quality Control Officer

- Serving as a senior quality control manager in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and develop a 3-person QC lab team, overseeing raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
- Drive Quality Initiatives
- Analyse complex data to deliver improvements and optimise quality processes.
- Liaise with international technical teams, including regular contact with the USA, and occasional travel required.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, or similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality control, specifically in chemical manufacturing (not food/pharma).
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a global mindset.
- Flexibility to travel internationally.
