Job Summary
  • Serving as a senior quality control manager in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and develop a 3-person QC lab team, overseeing raw material, in-process, and finished product testing.
  • Drive Quality Initiatives
  • Analyse complex data to deliver improvements and optimise quality processes.
  • Liaise with international technical teams, including regular contact with the USA, and occasional travel required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Chemistry, Analytical Science, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control, specifically in chemical manufacturing (not food/pharma).
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with a global mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally.
