Are you a skilled professional with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems? We are looking for two proactive Maintenance Technicians to join our team at Corby Rock Mill.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure optimal plant performance. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, resolving technical issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and improve efficiency
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC-controlled systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure smooth plant operations
  • Participate in equipment upgrades and installations to improve plant efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting with a focus on maintenance and repair
  • Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Experience working in a regulated industry (food/pharma/auto) is highly desirable
