Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Financial Planner Assistant. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning principles and be able to work closely with senior planners to provide quality support to clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in formulating and documenting financial plans for clients.
  • Develop personalized strategies in compliance with regulations.
  • Support annual review process for clients.
  • Attend client meetings with financial planners as required.
  • Critically analyze information received from planners and clients.
  • Research and analyze investment funds, insurance products, and tax legislation as needed.
  • Aid in onboarding of new clients.
  • Contribute to operational duties aligned with the Financial Planning team.
  • Support sales processes and manage new business pipeline effectively.
  • Provide professional service to portfolio of external and internal clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Maintain accurate housekeeping and client files.
